The sessions with Bradley have been crucial for my professional development. Since the very first conversation, Brad has been honest and clear about what we were going to do together. During every session he guided me towards the direction we talked about at the beginning of the journey. He checked on me regularly, making sure I was following the path we decided together.

Coaching has had a big impact on my career for the better, I went from being unconfident, in a lower role thinking that was all I could manage, but Bradley supported me and made me realise I can do more. I have then since been promoted to a Manager position and I finally feel I’m making changes for the better and progressing down the path I want to go down.

Honestly, I was a bit sceptical about coaches before we started our work, but I have changed my mind. Bradley is a good coach with a great sense of humour. I wish everyone to have the person who believes in you as Bradley believes in me.
